Promotion of the Quarter - PEKING DUCK PROMOTION

Our Peking Duck is one of the most famous signature dishes at Golden Lotus which is served as three separate courses.

Firstly the whole crispy Peking Duck is presented and carved by the Chef at your table .The Duck’s crispy skin is rolled in a Chinese Pancake and mixed with Black Bean Sauce, Cucumber and Spring Onions.

For the next course the Duck’s meat is cooked with Black Bean sauce and mixed with Vegetables and then finally the soup is served consisting of the stock made from the duck bones with vegetables added.

The Peking Duck's normal price is Rp.480,000 net for a whole Duck, but during the special promotion period the price will be only Rp.399,000 net for a whole Duck.
